Match 2! Monodramon vs DemiDevimon!

Monodramon couldn't take the hits to the face any longer and had to let go. He grabbed Dion while he was still in his mouth, and as soon as he let go with his mouth he tossed the bat Digimon as far as he could. ones that was done monodramon fell to his knees and rubbed his face a bit and then his demidart wound. "Ow!...Man that didn't feel good at all." he said and keep rubbing a bit. The pain was very bad to him, and he would have yelled out sooner if he didn't have a digimon in his mouth. He spat some of the Digimon's fur and blood out of his mouth and stuck his tongue out. "yuck!"

Dion wound up landing on a lily pad, giving it time to blow a little on the wound on its leg. "Ow....." It whined. 'if only I could maintain champion form, then I'd be a challenge' it thought as it gingerly got up on its own feet. It could have flown easily, but was wondering what the damage was. The leg was a bit wobly, but still at least functioning.

Monodramon stretched a bit more before running at Dion. As he ran he pulled his right arm back and charged up his attack. "Beat Knuckle!" he yelled out as he got close and threw the punch at Dion.

Monodramon saw the demidart and tried to roll out of the way. however he was hit yet again in the arm. he pulled it out and tossed it on the ground. Just then though he started to cough and even fell on his knees. he keep coughing for a few seconds. Over the course of the fight his scales seemed to be more pale then before. it was a late reaction, but Monodramon was sick now because of all the demidarts. The coughing was over for now so he picked himself back up and looked around for Dion. he seemed to have lost sight of him in the smoke and fire of the woods.

Due to JIM-DA missing a post and not posting until the 19th, DustOmega is declared the winner of this match by default.

Dion stopped altogether when it heard that Monodramon won. "Dang man..... hey it was a good fight while it lasted." It said in good spirits. Hugh walked forward to shake Monodramon's hand in good sportsmanship.

Monodramon walked over to Hugh and shook his hand as he coughed some more from the poison. "Good fight man, you trained your partner well." he said and smiled. He covered his mouth and coughed again. "Man I hope i get fixed up soon. That fight really took it out of me."

Hugh decided to lead both digimon off the battlefield and towards the infirmary. "Too bad you didn't get to tango with Kimeramon, that would have been an interesting battle." He opened the door for the both of them and escorted them inside to get fixed up.

Monodramon chuckled. "yeah I would have lost." he said. "I don't even think I can go that far into my evolution yet." he said as they entered and walked to the spot where he and Dion would be healed up. As he was being fixed up he looked over at Dion. "you did very well in the fight. So tell me, how is it being with a human?"

"It's great. I can fight much better than I did before he showed up. Now I can Digivolve to a Digimon normally requiring two Digimon. He has this device that permanently fused Kabuterimon DDNA into my champion form. Kimeramon is not something to mess around with. The kid's got a plan. I hope that this Milleniummon Digimon doesn't cause me to go wild. I know of wild Digimon existing..... was nearby one when we first met." Dion started with, then explained how it had worked alongside Hugh with various problems in the digital world and even visited an ancient continent that was once disconnected. "We've had great adventures, and had problems with evil Digimon. There's also a twisted Digimon out there man. Looks like a Flarizamon to some extent, but different..... you'd recognize the Digimon when you seen it. Use this tournament as a chance to get really strong." Dion finished up with.

"Wow that sure is the life!" said Monodramon and thought about his own life. "believe it or not I was a human ones. I guess I was supposed to be here like Hugh was with a partner, but something went wrong I guess." he said and looked at his clawed hand. "Hasn't been much of an adventure here I got to say, just me getting lost mostly and doing odd jobs for money at towns and stuff. it isn't so bad being a Digimon. Really it is kind of cool, though I do hope I can one day change back into a human." He sat there waiting to be fully healed. "I guess we can just sit here and talk till the next match."
