Rules/Guidelines

Rules:

1. No god modding.

2. You MUST respond to a post within 24 hours of the last post. If for some reason that you cannot meet this deadline, you must TALK TO BRADYKINS immediately.

3. A spectator will be reading your posts.  If a spectator intervenes and says that you are god modding, your post must be rectified immediately.

4. Posts much be at least 2-3 sentences.

5. Try not to make the battle drag out.  If I think the battle is dragging out then I will decide who is the winner  by default.

6. Do not complain.  Complaining will have you disqualified.

7. You must follow the guidelines bellow, and also follow our main chat rules in DigimonEvolution while on the form.

8. Getting angry or frustrated will only cause you to be disqualified.

9. If you give up, you forfeit the match.

10. Tamers are allowed in the arena as well. D-Arc usage is allowed with limited card swipes of 25. The use of Frontier characters is allowed as well but they cannot go past Advanced Evolution (meaning Human/Beast spirit fusion). Bio-Merging is allowed as well, read more about the evolution process below. DNA Digivolving is not allowed. Anything form XROS Wars is not allowed as well.

Guidelines:

1. Try to spell and use grammar well.  If you have Microsoft Word, type your post in it first, spell check and look for grammatical errors.  It's easier for me to read this way.

2. The judge will be in charge of tallying the scores/records hits and what not.  No other player or member will see these records and notes.

3. Each hit a challenger starts off with 100% health.  Determining health loss will be done as followed:

     - Minor hits/damage will count between 3 to 5 %.
     - Major attacks will count between 6 - 10 %.
     - These percentages are more like points and will be deducted from the 100% life.
     - Whomever reaches 0% life first looses.
     - If the match is dragging on and I feel the need to end it early, the winner will be determined based on health percentage.
     - Even if you digivolve, your health percentage remains the same.
     - Health resets to 100% for each match.

4. God modding results in Penalty Points.  If you get 10 penalty points you forfeit the match.  Penalty points are reset to 0 for each match.

5. Attacks must be used as followed:

     - Minor hits/damage can be used up to TWO times in one post.
     - Major attacks can only be used one per post.  Meaning if you have two or three major attacks, you can only use one per post.
     - Major attacks can only be used once between posts.  Meaning if you have used one in your previous post, you must not use on in your current post and it will be eligible for use on your next post.  Example below:

          - Player 1 uses Terra storm! (Major attack)
          - Player 2 runs and hides from the attack.
          - Player 1 finds player 2 and punches in the face. (CANNOT USE A MAJOR ATTACK DURING THIS POST.
          - Player 2 takes the hit and falls down.
          - Player 1 uses Terra storm!  (Major attack)

NOTES: The only attacks that can be used must be listed on the Digimon Wiki. NOT WIKIMON. If you are using an OC, you must provide your attack list at the beginning of the match.  If your OC attacks are found to be to strong, they will be judged as minor attacks. Non OC Digimon must follow the Wiki attacks only.  No attacks from the video games, anime, or manga will be allowed.

Also, if your Tamer uses a D-Arc, card swipes will only last for two posts, some cards are prohibited. Same goes for Digisoul use. Digisoul adds a 1% attack boost.

6. I will be researching each character's attacks/attributes.  These will also come into play in regards to the type of arena and if they gain benefits or loose them.  This will be determined by 1%.

7. Digivolution will be handled as followed: We are limiting Rookie --> Champion evolutions to only three times in a match. If your health is falling below 20% they can jump to Ultimate, but only once.  This includes Bio-Merging.

8. The matches are set up as followed:

     Wave 1:
     - Block A: Set 1 and Set 2.
          - The winner from Set 1 and Set 2 will battle to be the winner for Block A.
     - Block B: Set 1 and Set 2.
         - The winner from Set 1 and Set 2 will battle to be the winner for Block B.
     - The winners from Block A and Block B will battle each other to determine a semi final winner.
     - The final winner between Block A and Block B will battle a boss digimon. (Boss Digimon will be announced in the future)
     - After the final battle the winner will have to battle the final winner from Wave 2. Whomever wins between will battle the final boss digimon.

     Wave 2:
     - Block A: Set 1 and Set 2.
          - The winner from Set 1 and Set 2 will battle to be the winner for Block A.
     - Block B: Set 1 and Set 2.
         - The winner from Set 1 and Set 2 will battle to be the winner for Block B.
     - The winners from Block A and Block B will battle each other to determine a semi final winner.
     - The final winner between Block A and Block B will battle a boss digimon. (Boss Digimon will be announced in the future)
     - After the final battle the winner will have to battle the final winner from Wave 1. Whomever wins between will battle the final boss digimon.
